Shipping & Return Information

Standard shipping charges are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and related customer service. Standard rates are based on the non-sale price, as detailed in the charts below.

Shipping & processing is calculated using the regular price of merchandise before tax is applied.

Peak Season: When we are experiencing increased operating and delivery costs, including additional third-party carrier costs and charges, and other increased costs associated with processing, preparing and transporting customer orders during the peak holiday season. As a result, we do our best to help maintain a high level of customer service and timely delivery during this difficult time usually  November 23 through December 24. 

International Shipping: We currently are not supporting international shipping.

Delivery Guarantee:  While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Returns: If you or those who receive your gifts are not delighted, we'll make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund. We want you to be happy, and don't want you to have to worry about shipping it back - we can't accept food returns anyway!
