The Best Valentine’s Day Dessert in a Glass
American
Dessert, Gluten-Free
This dessert isn’t just for holidays! It’s good any time you want to serve a delicious chocolate dessert. It’s also fun to serve in a small mason jar with a bow tied around the top. I’ve used a parfait glass as well, which is a beautiful way to show off these delicious layers. One thing for sure…your family & friends will want the recipe!

I love freshly whipped cream. It truly makes this dish!
For this recipe, I used approx 2 cups of heavy cream in a large bowl.
Start beating the cream. Slowly add powdered sugar. I love sweet whipping cream, so typically use a little less than 1/4 cup powdered sugar for 2 cups cream. Taste along the way and decide how much powdered sugar you like.
Add 1 tsp vanilla. Continue whipping on “high” until cream is fully whipped.
Make brownies (recipe below), let them cool. Then cut into shapes or break up into small pieces
- Make Fudge Sauce, let it cool
Make Whipping Cream, set aside.
Drizzle a little fudge sauce in bottom of the glass
- Add a few pieces of brownie on top of sauce
- Continue with raspberries & pecans
- Drizzle more fudge sauce
Add some chocolate sprinkles or your favorite shaved chocolate
Add a dollop of the whipped cream and spread to cover
- Start the second layer with brownies & the rest of the yummies
Finish with another dollop of the whipped cream, raspberry on top & some Valentine sprinkles!
- Valentine toothpick embellishment is optional! LOL!
