Apple Dip
American
Appetizer, Gluten-Free
You’re going to LOVE this apple dip! One of my favorite memories of coming up with this delicious dip many years ago was to find a way for our kids to eat more apples. I know what you’re thinking! Was it really necessary to fix a sweet dip so your kiddos would eat apples? No, it probably wasn’t, but I did it anyway! Apple dip quickly became one of my family’s favorite party appetizers. It’s beautiful & delicious served with a platter of red & green sliced apples and strawberries. You may want to keep extra in the fridge, because I have a feeling your guests will devour it!

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
1-2 tbsps. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
- Heavy whipping cream (I love adding just a little bit of heavy cream to add richness.)
Directions
- Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth. If you don’t have a mixer, just stir until smooth. If the cream cheese is softened, it’s easy!
For a creamier taste, add a small amout of heavy whipping cream…maybe a teaspoon. Of course, this is optional!
Serve in a ceramic bowl on a football themed platter or any platter. Arrange red & green sliced apples around the dip. Add some fresh strawberries (stems on) for more dipping options. This is a delicious treat no matter what the occasion!
