“Anything Goes” Valentine Clusters

What’s so fun & easy about this recipe is you don’t have to be exact! It’s not baked, so add more or less of your favorite cluster ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans

½ cup mini chocolate candies

½ cup plain Valentine chocolate candies

½ cup peanut Valentine chocolate candies, chopped

How To Make It
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Be careful to stir frequently & don’t burn!
Put peanut chocolate candies in a ziplock bag and smash them into pieces using a rolling pin.
Slowly pour the melted chocolate onto the other the chocolate candy pieces and other cluster ingredients and fold gently.
- Use a mini ice cream scoop to place your clusters on parchment paper.
- Then, chill for 30 minutes.

How To Dress ‘Em Up
You’ll need some Valentine sprinkles, mini chocolate candies & some white chocolate for drizzle!
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave, careful to stir frequently and don’t burn
- Dip the top of the cluster into the white chocolate & decorate with Valentine sprinkles
- You can also drizzle the melted white chocolate on the clusters going back and forth & criss cross. Decorate with sprinkles!
- Other ideas: peanuts & dried cranberries. The kiddos will love folding in the chocolate.
